About Me
Hello, I’m Jessica, a Swedish expat who has been living in Dubai for many years. As a certified professional coach, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and find fulfilment in both their personal and professional lives. My journey into coaching began during my MSc in Organisational Psychology, where I was drawn to the transformative power of coaching in fostering personal growth and change. However, it was during my maternity leave with my second child, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, that I made the decision to fully dedicate my career to coaching. This shift allowed me to turn a long-standing passion into a meaningful profession. With over 20 years of experience living and working in multiple countries, I have held senior leadership roles within international education, gaining a deep understanding of diverse cultures and the unique challenges individuals face. My background in psychology, coupled with my extensive professional experience, provides me with the insights needed to guide my clients through their own journeys of growth and development. Qualifications PCC Level Coaching Certificate: Optimus Coaching Academy, UK MSc in Organisational Psychology: Birkbeck University, UK BSc Honours in Psychology: City University London These qualifications, combined with my practical experience, allow me to offer a coaching approach that is both effective and grounded in real-world understanding. I incorporate positive psychology, somatic research, neuropsychology, and cognitive decision-making into my coaching practice, tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each individual. My Approach My coaching style is client-centred, focusing on understanding the connection between mind, body, and emotions to create lasting change. I work closely with my clients, fostering a collaborative partnership where I listen attentively and ask insightful questions to help them gain deeper self-awareness. Together, we explore core values, identify and overcome obstacles, and develop strategies that lead to long-term success. Client Experience Clients often describe my coaching as insightful and transformative. They value the supportive and safe environment I create, where they feel truly heard and understood. Many clients experience increased confidence, clarity, and significant progress towards their goals as a result of our work together. Personal Interests Outside of coaching, I enjoy staying active, seeing new places, gaining new experiences, and continuously learning—activities that keep me inspired and energised. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your path to achieving your goals.
